Client development has many facets, involving a range of marketing and business development services. Right Tack focuses the following core services.


We work with firm leaders/management teams to:

 

  help shape their strategy for maintaining and developing existing clients and acquiring new clients, and


  develop implementation plans that have real traction in a professional services environment.


 

We provide one-to-one coaching to partners/principals to:

 

►  embed their firm’s client development strategy, and


  help them meet (and exceed) their client development objectives.


 

We provide locum/interim marketing and business development support to firms

that may be between staff or reviewing what their internal marketing and business development resource should be.

 

 

We also provide advice and coaching to management teams and partners/principals around a number of specific areas, including:

  

  marketing/communications strategy,
 

  listening to clients,


  client relationship management,


►  targeting new clients,


►  pitching for and winning work, and


  handling difficult client issues (e.g. fees, conflicts, etc).
